Junior Land Sales Manager

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking proper care of incoming enquiries and present partners,
  • Presenting development lands to potential clients,
  • Participation in partner acquisitions, cold calls,
  • New contract preparation and modifications according to negotiations results,
  • Participation in city development regulation and local building regulation modifications,
  • Cooperation with Technical Team,
  • Participating in marketing, maintaining and updating land plot-related web sites,
  • Helping the work of the Land Sales Manager,
  • Other administrative tasks

EXPECTED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in real estate, property management – preferably in commercial or development sector
  • Experience in negotiations
  • Good command of English is a must
  • Proactive, creative approach
  • Can work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills – user level
  • College or university degree (preferably technology or economics)
  • Driving license (category B)
